Regulation 2

in Part 1, after the definition of “officer”, insert —“ “Skills and Workforce Development Agency” means the body that is established by section 3 of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency Act 2026;”;

in Part 1, in the definition of “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency”, after “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency Act 2016”, insert “as in force before 1 July 2026”;

in Part 3, in paragraphs 3(b)(ii) and 4(b)(ii)(B), after “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency”, insert “or the Skills and Workforce Development Agency”; and

in Part 4, in paragraphs 2(b)(ii) and 3(b)(ii)(B), after “SkillsFuture Singapore Agency”, insert “or the Skills and Workforce Development Agency”.
