Regulation 14

Any licensee that contravenes or fails to comply with regulation 3A(1), (2) or (3), 5(1), 6(1) or (2), 7(1), (3) or (4), 8(1), 9(1) or (2), 10(1), (2), (3) or (5) or 13(1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $500 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
