Regulation 11
Prohibition on littering streets
Subregulation 1
No person shall spill or scatter in or upon any street or drain any of the contents of any refuse bin.
Subregulation 2
No person shall cause the water in any sink, drain, ditch or gutter or any other offensive matter to run onto or be thrown or put in or upon any street.
