Domestic animals

A person who brings an animal into, or allows an animal belonging to him or under his charge to enter or remain in, a public place (other than a national park or public park within the meaning of the Parks and Trees Act 2005) shall remove from the public place any faecal matter deposited by the animal and dispose of such faecal matter properly in a hygienic manner.
