Regulation 23
Refuse receptacles in buses
Subregulation 1
The owner of every omnibus shall provide in a convenient place therein one or more receptacles for depositing litter.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of paragraph (1), “omnibus” means any vehicle, having a seating capacity for more than 6 persons, which is used for the carriage of persons for hire or reward.
