Fees for collection and removal of refuse
Subregulation 1
The fees for the collection and removal of refuse are specified in the Second Schedule in respect of the corresponding location and type of premises specified in that Schedule.
Subregulation 2
The fees payable under paragraph (1) in respect of any premises are to be paid to the respective public waste collector licensee specified for those premises in the Second Schedule.
Subregulation 3
If any fee payable under paragraph (1) is not paid in full in accordance with a bill sent to the person liable to pay the fee, and a reminder has been sent to that person, a late payment charge, equal to 1% of the amount remaining unpaid at the time of the issue of the next monthly bill sent to that person, is payable by that person to the public waste collector licensee.
