Notification of change in particulars
Subregulation 1
The registered owner or occupier for a registered aerosol‑generating system must notify the Director‑General, in the form and manner that the Director‑General requires, within 30 days after any of the following occurs:
there is a change in the name or contact details of the registered owner or occupier;
there is a change in the address of the premises in or on which the registered aerosol‑generating system is installed;
the registered owner or occupier ceases to be the owner or occupier of the premises in or on which the registered aerosol‑generating system is installed.
Subregulation 2
A person that contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —
for a first offence, to a fine not exceeding $5,000; and
for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
