Definitions
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“cooling tower” has the meaning given by paragraph 2 of the Environmental Public Health (Registrable Aerosol‑generating Systems) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 645/2021);“registered owner or occupier”, in relation to a registered aerosol‑generating system, has the meaning given by section 66A(3) of the Act.
