Clause 2

Section 9(1) of the Estate Agents Act (called in this Act the principal Act) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d), the following paragraph:“(da)to accredit activities, courses and programmes for continuing professional education for or in respect of estate agents and salespersons;”.
