Amendment of First Schedule
(1)
Subject to Part II, the Minister may at any time, by order published in the Gazette, amend the First Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
(3)
All orders made under this section shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
