Amendment of section 32
Section 32(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “a seizable offence” and substituting the words “an arrestable offence”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “6 months or more”, the words “or any more severe punishment”.
