Clause 34

Section 88 of the Factories Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (10), the following subsection:“(10A) If any person avails himself of any exception allowed by or under this Act, the burden of proving the existence of circumstances bringing the case within the exception shall lie upon the person.”.
