Clause 10

Section 47 of the Factories Act is amended by deleting subsection (6) and substituting the following subsection:“(6) Every exit affording means of escape in case of fire or giving access to such means of escape shall be conspicuously marked with an exit sign of an adequate size bearing the word “EXIT” in green on a white background or in white on a green background.”.
