Clause 59

Consequential and related amendments to Inheritance (Family Provision) Act

Section 2 of the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act (Cap. 138, 1985 Ed.) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the definition of “annual income”, the following definition:“ “court” means the High Court or a Family Court;”; and

(b)

by deleting the definition of “Registrar” and substituting the following definition:“ “Registrar” means the registrar of the Family Justice Courts;”.
