Clause 5

It shall be the duty of every person who sells anima feeds to furnish the purchaser on or before delivery or as soon as possible a written statement (hereinafter in this Ordinance referred to as the “statutory statement”) in the prescribed form, which shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed.
