Appeal against classification decisions

For the purposes of section 24(6) of the Act, every appeal under section 24 of the Act must be accompanied by —

(a)

a copy of the appealable decision appealed against, and documents supporting the arguments of fact or law in the appeal; and

(b)

for an appeal to the Committee of Appeal, a fee of $500 for each film involved in the appeal.
