Security deposit required

For the purposes of section 8(1) of the Act, the Authority may, upon granting a licence mentioned in section 6(1)(c) of the Act, require the licensee granted the licence to give a security, in the form of a cash deposit or bank guarantee, of an amount not exceeding —
(a)
$10,000, for a licence to publicly exhibit one or more films in the course of business at a temporary public exhibition point; or
(b)
$30,000, in any other case.
