Clause 5

by inserting, immediately before paragraph (b)(i), the following sub-paragraph:“(i)has furnished information or documents to the Authority in connection with its application for a licence which is or are false or misleading in a material particular;”;

by renumbering the existing sub-paragraphs (i) to (iv) as sub-paragraphs (ii) to (v), respectively;

by deleting the words “any person who is in” in paragraph (c)(i) and substituting the words “any of its directors or officers holding”; and

by inserting, immediately after the word “if” in paragraph (c)(ii), the words “, upon taking action under section 27A(2),”.
