Right of appeal

Any person who is aggrieved —

(a)

by the refusal of the Authority to grant, renew or vary a licence; or (b)by the revocation or suspension of a licence by the Authority,may, within 30 days of the refusal, revocation or suspension, appeal in writing to the Minister.
