Amendment of section 72
In the Trust Companies Act 2005, in section 72 —
(a)
after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) The Authority may, under subsection (1), reprimand a person who has ceased to be a relevant person, if the person was a relevant person at the time of the misconduct.”; and
(b)
in subsection (2), after the definition of “officer”, insert —“ “partner” includes a person purporting to act as a partner;”.
