Clause 91

Amendment of section 337

In the Securities and Futures Act 2001, in section 337 —

(a)

in subsection (2), replace “subsection (1)” with “subsections (1) and (3)”; and

(b)

replace subsection (3) with —“(3) The Authority may, on the application of any person, by written notice exempt the person from —

(a)

all or any of the provisions of this Act; or

(b)

all or any of the requirements imposed by the Authority under this Act.”.
