Amendment of section 17

Section 17 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “virement” in the marginal note and substituting the word “transfer”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “Article 144(1)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “Article 147(1)”.
