Regulation 10
Making appeal: notice of appeal
Subregulation 1
An appeal to the Minister is made by filing with the Appeals Secretary, within the time stipulated in section 7(5) or 9(5) of the Act (as the case may be), a notice of appeal in Form 1 of the Schedule.
Subregulation 2
The Appeals Secretary must, as soon as practicable upon receipt of the notice of appeal, forward a copy of the notice of appeal to the Minister and send a copy of the notice of appeal to the Authority.
Subregulation 3
Where the Minister refers an appeal to an Appeal Advisory Committee, the Appeals Secretary must —
notify the Authority and the appellant that the appeal has been referred by the Minister to the Committee; and
forward a copy of the notice of appeal to the Committee.
