Regulation 30
Withdrawal of appeal
Subregulation 1
The appellant may, at any time before the Appeals Secretary notifies the parties of the Minister’s decision in the appeal in accordance with regulation 32, withdraw the appeal by sending the Appeals Secretary a written notice to that effect, and copying the Authority.
Subregulation 2
The Appeals Secretary must, as soon as practicable upon receipt of the written notice, forward that document to the Appeal Advisory Committee and the Minister.
