Criteria for fit and proper person
For the purposes of section 50(4) of the Act, the criteria and requirements that the licensing officer may consider in determining whether an applicant is a fit and proper person include the following:
whether the applicant or any responsible officer of the applicant has been convicted of, or is the subject of investigations for having committed, an offence involving fraud or dishonesty;
whether the applicant or any responsible officer of the applicant has been convicted of an offence that involved a finding that the applicant or responsible officer had acted fraudulently or dishonestly; (c)whether the applicant or any responsible officer of the applicant is an undischarged bankrupt or has made an arrangement or a composition with any creditor.
