Clause 9

Section 61 (1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (za), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(zaa)the regulation of the proceedings of any Inquiry Committee constituted under section 6A;

(zab)the prescribing of the code of conduct and ethics for registered inspectors;”.
