Clause 12

Section 13 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(2A) The notice may, if the Commissioner thinks fit, require the person on whom the notice is served under subsection (1) to submit, within the period specified in the notice, a fire hazard mitigation plan to prevent such fire hazard from recurring in or on the premises.”.
