establish an on-site CERT for the premises comprising 6 members, or such other number as notified by the Commissioner under section 38(4)(a) of the Act, within 6 months after the date the premises become specified premises;

provide the CERT with the equipment (being in good working condition) specified in the Schedule;

not deploy any person as a member of the CERT unless the person has undergone such training as the Commissioner may specify;

ensure that the CERT and the members thereof undergo such training and periodic assessments as the Commissioner may specify; and

if the CERT fails any periodic assessment referred to in sub‑paragraph (d), take reasonable steps to ensure that the CERT passes such periodic assessment within such period as the Commissioner may require.
