Appeals to Minister

Any appeal under section 42(6) of the Act shall —

(a)

be in writing and addressed to the Minister;

(b)

state the decision of the Commissioner appealed against;

(c)

specify the grounds on which the appeal is made; and

(d)

be accompanied by such documentary evidence as the Minister considers necessary.
