Designation of persons to hear appeals
The Minister may designate to hear and determine, in his or her place, any appeals or a specific appeal under section 22 —
(a)
any Minister of State or Parliamentary Secretary for his or her Ministry; or
(b)
any public officer in his or her Ministry not subordinate to the Commissioner whose decision is appealed against,and any reference in that section to the Minister includes a reference to the Minister of State, Parliamentary Secretary or public officer so designated for that appeal.
