Definitions
In these Regulations —“identity particulars” means —
for an individual who is a citizen of Singapore —
the full name of the individual; and
the NRIC number of the individual;
for an individual who is not a citizen of Singapore —
the full name of the individual;
the number of the passport or other identity document of the individual; and
the nationality of the individual;
for an entity that is constituted or registered under any written law —
the registered name of the entity; and
the Unique Entity Number (UEN) of the entity; and
for any other entity —
the full name of the entity; and
the country under whose law the entity was constituted;“mandatory message”, in relation to a must‑carry direction, has the meaning given by section 32(3);“section” means a section of the Act.
