Regulation 12

An appeal against an appealable decision must be made to a Reviewing Tribunal by lodging, a notice of appeal in accordance with rule 13, no later than 30 days after the date the appellant in the appeal is given notice under section 23(6) or 26(5) of the Act (as the case may be) of the appealable decision.
