Regulation 22
Subject to section 97(4) of the Act, the chairperson of a Reviewing Tribunal must appoint the times and places of the hearing of every appeal contained in a notice of appeal referred to the Reviewing Tribunal, and the Secretary must cause adequate notice of those times and places to be given to —
(a)
every Tribunal member of that Reviewing Tribunal; and
(b)
every party to the appeal proceedings relating to the notice of appeal.
