Clause 11
Section 15 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) The Authority may, at any time, by notice in writing to the holder of a licence, vary any condition or restriction or impose such further condition or restriction as it may think fit.”.
