Clause 101
Decision on appeal
(1)
After considering an appeal under section 100, the Minister may —
(a)
reject the appeal and confirm the appealable decision; or
(b)
allow the appeal and substitute or vary the appealable decision.
(2)
In relation to the Minister determining an appeal made under section 100, Parts 4, 5 and 7 apply as if the reference in those Parts to the Authority were a reference to the Minister.
(3)
Every appellant must be notified of the Minister’s decision under subsection (2).
(4)
The decision of the Minister, or an office‑holder designated under section 102, on an appeal is final.
