Citation and commencement
This Order is the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries — Class Licence) Order 2022 and, except for Part 3, comes into operation on 2 August 2022.(2) Part 3 comes into operation on 1 February 2023.

Part 3 comes into operation on 1 February 2023.
