Clause 13

Section 31 of the Gas Act is amended by inserting, immediately before subsection (2), the following subsection:“(1) No person shall build, erect or construct anything over any existing gas transmission pipeline, gas main or gas service pipe owned by, or under the management or control of, a gas transporter without the approval of the gas transporter.”.
