Clause 19

The Gas Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 92, the following section:“Payment into Consolidated Fund92A. All composition sums collected by the Authority under section 92 and all financial penalties collected by the Authority under this Act, must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.”.
