Registration to be prima facie evidence

Clause 75
In all legal proceedings relating to a registered geographical indication or any right thereunder (including proceedings for rectification of the register) —
(a)
the register shall be prima facie evidence of anything contained therein; and
(b)
the registration of a registered geographical indication shall be prima facie evidence that the grounds referred to in section 41 are absent.
