Clause 25

Power to make regulations

The Minister may make regulations prescribing —

(a)

the manner in which challenges shall be brought to the Tribunal;

(b)

the procedure to be adopted by the Tribunal in the hearing and disposal of challenge proceedings and the records to be kept by the Tribunal;

(c)

the places where and the times at which challenge proceedings are to be heard by the Tribunal;

(d)

the costs and fees in respect of challenge proceedings; and

(e)

anything which is required to be prescribed under this Act or which may be necessary or expedient for carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
