Clause 14

Any stock issued under this Act shall be issued by the Authority upon such terms as may be prescribed in the regulations and shall be authenticated either by the signature of the Minister or by facsimile of his signature or in such manner as may be approved by the Minister.

Any stock issued under this Act shall be in such form as the Minister may from time to time approve.
