Clause 29

All advance deposits accepted by the Authority before the commencement of this Act under the Development Loan (1987) Act [Cap. 81A] in excess of the limit prescribed in section 3 of that Act shall be deemed to have been lawfully accepted as advance deposits under this Act on the date of such commencement.
