Regulation 21

After the final issuance amount, the price, the yield and the allotment have been determined in respect of an issue of transferable Government securities that are to be allotted under a syndication method, the Authority has to, without delay, publish a notice to the general public of the final price and yield in a manner as will secure adequate publicity for the price and yield.
