Inadequate applications
Government securities or Treasury Bills must not be allotted to any application pursuant to a public notice for an amount of —
(a)
transferable Government securities or Treasury Bills which are less than the minimum nominal amount of $1,000; or (b)non-transferable Government securities which are less than the minimum nominal amount of $500.
