Regulation 3
Subregulation 1
A person is exempt from the respective requirements in sections 21(1), 22(1), 23(1), 24(1), 25(1) and 26(1) of the Act to hold a licence for using, storing, having in possession, disposing of, importing, exporting, supplying, conveying or acquiring any explosive that is a party explosive.
Subregulation 2
This paragraph does not extend to the handling of any party explosive in connection with any use that is not a use for which the party explosive was designed.
