Regulation 9

Class licence authorisation subject to conditions

A class licensee by virtue of paragraph 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 may carry out the regulated activity authorised under the applicable paragraph in relation to each Type 2 weapon that the class licensee is authorised to possess under the class licence in the paragraph applicable to the class licensee, subject to —

(a)

the general conditions in Part 3; and

(b)

the special conditions in Part 4 which are applicable to the class licensee concerned.
