Regulation 2
Definitions
In this Order —“approved range” means a shooting range or paintball range approved under the Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control (Shooting and Paintball Ranges) Regulations 2025 (G.N. No. S 360/2025);“EP licence” and “explosives licence” have the meanings given by regulation 2(1) of the Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control (Explosives and Explosive Precursors) Regulations 2025 (G.N. No. S 374/2025);“gun licence” has the meaning given by regulation 2(1) of the Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control (Guns) Regulations 2025 (G.N. No. S 359/2025);“holder”, of a licence, means the person to whom the licence is granted, except when it is not in force;“noxious substance licence” and “weapon licence” have the meanings given by regulation 2(1) of the Guns, Explosives and Weapons Control (Weapons And Noxious Substances) Regulations 2025 (G.N. No. S 361/2025).
