Regulation 7
Class licence authorisation is subject to conditions
A class licensee by virtue of paragraph 4, 5 or 6 may carry out the regulated activity authorised under the class licence in the paragraph applicable to the class licensee in relation to each sport weaponry the class licensee is authorised to possess under the class licence, subject to —
(a)
the general conditions in paragraph 8; and
(b)
the special conditions in paragraphs 9, 10 and 11 which are applicable to the class licensee concerned.
