Regulation 11
Employee, etc., of paragraph 9 or 10 class licensee
Every individual who is employed or engaged (whether or not as a driver or pilot or otherwise) by a person who is a class licensee by virtue of paragraph 9 or 10 to transport a relevant consignment of specified lower‑risk explosives consisting of 3 or more metric tonnes of specified lower‑risk explosives and in the circumstances described in paragraph 9 or 10, is subject to a class licence authorising the individual to do the following in the course of the individual’s employment or engagement by the class licensee:
to transport the relevant consignment of specified lower‑risk explosives;
to be in possession of a specified lower‑risk explosive when so transporting the relevant consignment of specified lower‑risk explosives.
