Regulation 25
Application of this Part
This Part sets out the requirements that —
(a)
a holder of a weapon manufacturing licence or weapon repair licence; or
(b)
a holder of a noxious substance manufacturing licence,needs to continue to comply with, in addition to the requirements in Part 3.
